Website forms

NordBridge uses website forms to receive business enquiries, company profiles, procurement requirements and tender-support requests. Website enquiries are delivered either by the third-party FormSubmit service (the current fallback) or, where the secure intake is active, through NordBridge's Vercel-hosted submission handler into its private Airtable customer-relationship register. The latter uses Cloudflare Turnstile anti-abuse verification and stores only a limited contact/triage summary in Airtable, not the full financial questionnaire. Where intake is not ready, the form continues to use FormSubmit and does not automatically populate Airtable. Do not submit passwords, bank-account credentials, payment-card details or other highly sensitive credentials through these forms.

Analytics, advertising measurement and browser storage

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure website usage, traffic sources and interactions. Where NordBridge runs Google Ads or other advertising campaigns, campaign parameters and advertising measurement may be used to understand which campaign led to a confirmed business enquiry. NordBridge does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, tender documents or other directly identifying form contents to Google Analytics. The website also uses local browser storage for functions such as remembering the visitor's selected language, preserving non-personal campaign attribution parameters during a visit and temporarily confirming that an enquiry form was submitted successfully.

If you contact NordBridge by email or WhatsApp, the information you choose to provide is used to review and respond to your business enquiry, evaluate a possible commercial relationship and maintain necessary business records.

Payments and third-party services

Website forms use FormSubmit as their default delivery route; if a verified private CRM intake is enabled, contact/triage information is submitted through Vercel and processed in Airtable, with Cloudflare Turnstile used to help prevent automated abuse. Email and WhatsApp may also be used for business communications. Where a visitor chooses a paid subscription or other checkout offered through this website, payment processing is handled on Stripe's checkout service; NordBridge website forms are not intended to collect payment-card details. Google Analytics, FormSubmit, Vercel, Airtable, Cloudflare Turnstile, email, WhatsApp and Stripe are third-party services and their processing is also subject to their applicable privacy and security terms.

Information and purposes

Depending on the enquiry, business clients may provide company and contact details, website, country, tender or procurement information, requested service, capabilities and other information they choose to submit. NordBridge uses this information to respond to enquiries, assess potential engagements, provide requested B2B services, administer subscriptions or payments where applicable, communicate about the engagement and maintain necessary business records.
